Q: Do you charge VAT & Customs fees?
Unfortunately, no. Shopify doesn't have an easy way to do this so sadly, customs and/or VAT fees will be at the mercy of the customer. If you'd like to have peace of mind, where those fees are taken care of for you, you can place an order on my Etsy shop: http://www.etsy.com/shop/mythandmilagro
Q: When will my order by shipped?
My current processing schedule is 3-5 business days but usually I can get your order out in even less time! Sometimes I'll send them out same day if you're lucky ;)
Q: How much is shipping?
There's no one easy answer for this but my shipping prices are based on weight and cost of shipping materials. I've done my best to make it so that sticker orders have the lowest tier. However, if you order a decent amount of stickers, they will get bumped up a tier ($4.50+) but will also include a tracking number.
Q: Do you offer refunds/cancellations?
In the event that an item arrives damaged, please contact me within one week with your order number and a photo of the damaged item and I'll work out a refund. If I see that your item does need a refund, the cost will be limited to the item's value and not include the shipping cost.
If you'd like to cancel your order and I have not processed it (created a shipping label or given it to the post office), then yes, you may cancel and receive a refund. However, I urge that you be quick because despite my processing time being 3-5 business days, I may send your package out the same day you order.
Q: Do you accept returns/exchanges?
I don't :/ All sales are final. Please double check the items in you cart to make sure you have everything you want. Or don't want! :P
Q: What is a preorder?
A preorder is when you purchase an item before it’s been made. Because of that, there may be a turnaround time. The turnaround time is how long it takes to make and process the item for shipping. The turnaround time is also dependent on when the preorder ends, not begins. If you purchase any other items with a preorder, they will ship along with the preorder. Therefore, if you don’t want to wait that long, I suggest purchasing separately. You will be paying for shipping twice though.
Q: What happens if I haven't received my order?
First, I am so sorry! It's super stressful, I've been there. But don't panic! Unfortunately, the postal service isn't 100% reliable. If your item is marked delivered but hasn't shown up here are the steps you can take:
1. Double check your address. If it's incorrect then sadly I nor the postal service are liable :(
2. Check with your neighbors! I can't tell you how many times my own mail has shown up at a neighbor's home.
3. Be patient. Often times the USPS will mark a package as delivered before they've even brought it by. Wait a few days and it could still show up!
4. If after all of that, your order still doesn't show up then it's time to contact your mail carrier.
Once I have handed your package off to the post office, it's out of my hands and I'm no longer responsible for it. But fear not! In all my years of selling and shipping, I've never had a package go missing! *knocks on wood!!* But don't let to fear deter you from getting what you want!
Q: Errr - I received the wrong item. What now??
Whoops!! I'm a one woman operation and it's not happened yet but mistakes do happen! Within a week of receiving the item, please send me a photo of what you got and your order number and I'll get you sorted out! And no need to send back what you accidentally got, it's on me!
However, please keep in mind that if I'm out of stock of that item, I will have to give you a refund for the item amount :(
